Wow! got my first comment on my online gnomz strip I'm working on (in French). Of course, it's basically someone asking what the? but it's okay as it is deliberately obtuse. In the next few days, I'll have to set up some kind of back story...

As I predicted, the book I got to pick up at the library was Shadowrun. Which is not so bad all considering as it leads away from the usual suspects of old 2nd D&D stuff that seems to be the mainstay over there. Since I have to pick up a second book before I leave, I am predicting I'll be reunited with the good old Fighters' handbook. Still, my "story" version of Vancouver will be closer to the picture shown for the Seattle region of Shadowrun, but with more of a medieval feel to it.

The only thing remaining to see for my trip is under what CNN headline I'll be travelling under... It's kind of too bad I won't get to take any "local" stuff but still. Meanwhile, here I'm expanding my foray into the wonderful of the effects of corruption from a Garou standpoint and what impacts it could have on other races associated to them.

So expect a daily post until Wednesday (and probably less words as the days go by, meh!).

The Fates are trying to help me with my trip as they put the BARBARIAN GUIDES into my hands. Sorry ladies, but I have no plan to visit the Rockies while over there (or do I?).

Nothing new to report on my side of things as I spent the rest of the week-end either storing up on Zzzs for the coming week. I did went out Saturday night to a small lounge bar called Snö in Long-Eye and got slushed on Martinis and Harvey Wallbangers.

Also spent some long overdue time on my Voir's short story entry. Right now, I am kind of stuck because, while I have a reasonable beginning and an ending, I have some trouble with the middle part or the story. It could be also that recent events in my life are bleeding into the creative process which is always dangerous, especially considering how I chose to end my story. Ponder, ponder.

Don't know what the day has in store for me, but judging from the song of the day, I should worry. A little bit.

Today's pick is KELDON CHAMPION.
