With all the violent thunderstorms the region has experienced in the past few days, I found a silver lining to help me go through it.
Since I wasn't interested in getting soaking wet just so I could (maybe) find something of interest in my data gatherings and since I didn't find anything of interest on the web (websites about Volunteering???, not my cup of tea), I decided instead to visit the Long-Eye library, where I could get the data equivalent of fast-food. That is bland, but filling fare.
Imagine my surprise when I found a D&D book I haven't read yet. Sure, it's a couple of years old but, as luck would have it, I never got to pick anything from the Forgotten Realms' Faith & Pantheons when it was released.
It might fill like a case of "too little, too late" since I have decided to move to my mundane sources but still I could not pass the occasion, rare as it is, to pick up a "new" book. After reading it last night, I already have an idea for what would constitute my penultimte pantheon (patterned from the main gods of Faérun) (Baine, Chauntea, Elistraee (after all, I already have info from her from other sources), Gond, Ilmater, Kelemvar, Kossuth, Lathandre, Lolth, Malar, Mystra, Oghmar, Shar, Shaundakul, Sylvanus, Talor, Tempus, Tyr, Umberlie).
This is not a definitive list and aside from one or two which I have already decided to add, there are no certainties I will retain all of these. Besides, if I remain with "Jack Meower", I don't think cats are polytheistic, anyway.
As for my MtG card-of-the-day, I have taken SKYWING AVEN. Not a good mix with god-worshipping cats...
