Work this week was so-so. Due to a last-minute demand from the queen bees of BigMediaCo, I have accumulated enough OT to have another day off. Fat good it will do to me, as it was suggested to me that any time off I take seems to generate strong disturbances in the day-to-day activities of the team. Since the day I've planned taking this day is of little consequence to me, I'll keep it in bank and use it when I require a day off.

Slowly but surely, I'm beginning to plan and ready myself for my trip. I started planning my data gathering for the coming weeks and while I haven't actually began to plan for what I'll pick down Ixtapa way, I already decided that I'll "write" at least ep of my "Cynic Jef" based on my sojourn.

As for what will happen to existing items I have already written about? The only change of importance is that I'll flesh out a bit more one of my paladin (which I call the Dupont twins in honour of the Tintin series). Don't know what I'll use but there's a good chance it's gonna be something from the library, which you could mean I'll bring a couple of books with me this year. Too bad, I'm not going back to Ottawa soon as it could be a nice spot for inspiration.

As for my pick of the day, well it seems I'm picking outside of the deck as I've drawn the SCARTIST. Hope this doesn't mean I'll write this year's entry on my skin, it might smart a little.
