Less that 2 weeks until the Holidays. And I for cannot wait... Started my Christmas shopping Friday. Of course, it's not like I have a ton of people on my list, but that gives me more incentive to get things that are interesting.
At the same time, I began planning what I'll be picking up during this time-off, data-wise. The only important (even then it's relative) is that I'll be taking out some food-related items like that Brie-Pear Salad I've picked up. Since all things seem to point that I'll be centering my story on another region, taking things like that helps provide an identity for my locales.
Don't know yet what I'll replace it with but I'm looking at some of the parody sites on Yahoo! picks. Even if it's not geared for a RPG point-of-view, it could be fun to take something like the craiglist parody. I can see it now... Ghostface 2: Hangin' in Donkey Flats... maybe not.
While browsing journal, I say a quiz on
mable_syrup that's supposed to speak about one's temperament is supposed to lean towards.
Here goes...
| You Have a Melancholic Temperament |
Introspective and reflective, you think about everything and anything.
You are a soft-hearted daydreamer. You long for your ideal life.
You love silence and solitude. Everyday life is usually too chaotic for you.
Given enough time alone, it's easy for you to find inner peace.
You tend to be spiritual, having found your own meaning of life.
Wise and patient, you can help people through difficult times.
At your worst, you brood and sulk. Your negative thoughts can trap you.
You are reserved and withdrawn. This makes it hard to connect to others.
You tend to over think small things, making decisions difficult. |
Fitting, as always.
As for my pick of the day, I decided to step out of the usual MtG mold (or even the other games I've picked before) and went out for Hecatomb. That's how I came up with SCARE-MAN. I supposed Jack Skelton will come up and visit me soon...
